Facility & Logistics Coordinator (m/f/x)

At our Eemshaven location, you will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring that facilities, technical systems, and logistics processes run efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include
- Providing technical support for our Eemshaven site and ensuring efficient daily operations
- Performing maintenance activities, inspections, and minor repairs on buildings, equipment, and outdoor facilities
- Monitoring technical installations and coordinating maintenance activities with external service providers and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with site standards, including HSE, environmental, quality, and housekeeping requirements
- Managing tools, materials, and supplies while supporting site logistics and operational activities
- Supporting offshore mobilizations, deliveries, inventory management, and site-specific projects
- Acting as the primary contact for technical matters and coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed technical or vocational training, preferably with practical experience in a technical field
- Strong practical skills and a hands-on approach
- Good technical understanding of buildings, technical systems, and facility operations
- Confident handling of tools, machinery, and technical equipment
- Experience with warehouse operations or materials management is an advantage
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is preferred
- Category B driving license required; BE or higher is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
- Good command of English; knowledge of German or Dutch is an advantage
