**Your responsibilities will include: **

• Coordination and management of vessel calls supporting offshore wind operations
• Organization of crew changes, transportation, and port services
• Liaising with port authorities, terminal operators, shipping companies, vessel masters, and offshore teams
• Preparation and management of vessel and port documentation
• Assisting with customs clearance, immigration procedures, and port formalities
• Coordination of material deliveries, spare parts, and offshore logistics
• Compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements

Ideally, you have:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in shipping, port logistics, or maritime services
• Good knowledge of international shipping and port processes
• Willingness to be on call on weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, logistics/ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus

This includes the provision of office, storage and field warehouse capacities as well as parking spaces and berths for service vessels. In the Netherlands, EMO operates the new Heliport and Droneport Eemshaven.

The comprehensive EMO service portfolio is rounded off by maritime coordination, which includes the control of all logistical processes and maritime sea surveillance by the in-house control centre VENTUSmarine.
