**Your responsibilities will include: **

• Supporting site management and the agency team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Organizing and coordinating office workflows, documentation, and filing systems
• Assisting with assignment coordination, and creating, maintaining, and tracking reports, meeting minutes, and KPI reports
• Managing orders, supplier contacts, and invoicing processes
• Assisting with HSE and compliance documentation
• Communicating with customers, government agencies, port operators, and external service providers
• Assisting with audit preparations and internal processes

Ideally, you have:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a business or administrative role, ideally in the maritime sector
• Experience in the offshore/wind energy or logistics sectors is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus
